El Nuevo Orden Tradicional, SC, with address at Blvd. Manuel Ávila Camacho 166, Office 901, Social Reform, Miguel Hidalgo, 11650, Mexico City is the Controller of your personal information, Pursuant to the  Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data In Possession of Individuals (hereinafter "the Law").

Any question or comment regarding this Privacy Notice must be communicated via email sent to info@novus.law.

 

Data collected

We directly collect the following personal data:

  • First name;

  • Last name;

  • Mother's last name;

  • Country of Origin

  • Unique Population Registry Code (CURP) or similar;

  • Tax Identification Number;

  • Proof of compliance with tax obligations;

  • Conventional address;

  • Tax address;

  • Email address;

  • Landline number;

  • Cell phone number;

  • Your legal situation;

  • Your commercial role and commercial activity

  • The amount you pay us for fees for the provision of our services.

 

We do not collect data from public access sources or third parties to provide services.

Use of Data

 

We use your personal information to

  • Answer your requests;

  • Run our conflict of interest checks;

  • Suggests quotes and;

  • Provide the professional services you require.

 

Transfers

We will transfer your personal data to third parties in the following cases and for the following purposes.

  • To SAT and our invoice provider. We will transfer your first name; last name; mother's last name; Tax Identification Number; Tax address and; the amount you pay us for fees for the provision of our services to the Mexican Tax Authority (SAT, its acronym in Spanish) and our invoice provider to comply with our billing obligations and filing tax returns pursuant to Mexican Tax Laws.

  • To Anti-Money Laundering Authorities. We will transfer all your personal information (except your legal situation to the Financial Intelligence Unit of the Mexican Ministry of Finance (UIF, its acronym in Spanish) to comply with our obligations pursuant to Mexican Federal Law to Identify and Prevent Operations with Resources from Illicit Procedence.

  • To our servicie providers. We will transfer all your personal information to third parties that provide specialized services to us, to be able to provide you with the services you request.

  • Authorities. We will transfer all your personal information to Federal, State or local (Municipal) authorities in case it is necessary to provide the services you request.

 

These transfers do not require your consent in accordance with sections I, IV and VII of article 37 of the Law.

 

ARCO rights

You are the owner of your personal data. Therefore, you have the right to exercise, at any time and as many times as you wish, your rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation and/or Opposition (hereinafter ARCO rights). You can exercise any of your ARCO rights by sending an email to info@novus.law and by following the procedure published here.

Revocation of consent

At any time you can revoke your consent for us to process your personal data. To do this you must comply with 3 simple steps: 1) Terminate the service contract we have executed with you; 2) Send an email to info@novus.law and; 3) follow the procedure published here.

Limit to use and disclosure of Data

To limit the use we make of your personal information, send us an email to info@novus.law or tap on the button "Unsuscribe" that we will include in our emails.

 

Modifications to the privacy notice.

We reserve the right to modify this privacy notice at any time and without prior notice. We will post the latest version at www.novusconcilium.com/avisop. In the event that it is necessary to make available a new privacy notice or obtain your consent again in accordance with the legislation and regulations applicable in the matter, we shall  provide you with the necessary means so that, in an agile, secure and free way, you can express or deny your consent.
